Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.

If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange , please contact us within 72 hours after the date of delivery.

You are responsible for any postage costs for the return of the item for refund or exchange.

Exchanges and refunds are only accepted if the product is in new, unused condition as delivered. Items will be assessed on receipt back at our premises and once condition has been established we will contact you to discuss refund/exchange options.

For items that are faulty on delivery please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assess the fault, and offer a solution for repair. If this is not suitable we will then offer refund/exchange options.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we may pursue you for the reduction in value or refund/exchange

Please note, if a refund is issued by us it will be minus any transaction, processing or admin fees that have been incurred by payment providers (either squarespace payments or klarna). These vary per provider (between 3% for squarespace payments and 6% for Klarna) and are based on total value of order.

Please note, full warranty is offered on quads and bikes with “Fully Assembled” option only. We can to accept responsibility for products that we have not been built up and tested by our qualified technicians. If you choose “boxed” delivery no quibble warranty is not applicable.

Please note: Road Legal Quads and Bike Purchases/Returns - Due to all our road legal quad bikes and bikes including UK Tax & Registration at point of purchase (meaning the registration is now with the new owner when delivery is received), we cannot accept “As New” returns once delivery has been received even if the quad/bike has not been used (as the vehicle is then classed as second hand due to the registration transfer and cannot be resold as a new vehicle). For our Road Legal Quads and Bikes we instead will offer a re-purchase option based on a valuation we will undertake minus any registration, VAT, transaction, processing or admin fees that have been incurred during the sales and UK road tax/registration process.
